Welcome to These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Android game development services, website, and communication channels. 1. Services Offered
We provide custom Android game development services to clients worldwide. Services may include (but are not limited to):
- Full-cycle game development
- Game design & UI/UX
- Game optimization & testing
- Publishing support
- Ongoing maintenance and updates (if agreed upon)
All services are based on a clear scope of work, defined and agreed upon before the start of development.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery, clients are expected to:
- Provide clear project requirements, assets, and reference materials
- Respond in a timely manner to questions or updates
- Review and approve milestones when requested
- Respect the terms of payment and agreed deadlines
Failure to provide timely input may delay the project and result in schedule or cost adjustments.
3. Payment Terms
Payment structure (e.g., milestones, upfront deposits, or installments) will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. We accept secure forms of payment through trusted platforms (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
Note: Work on a project will not start or continue without receipt of the agreed payment amount.
4. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- All final deliverables created specifically for the client become their property upon full payment.
- Source code, assets, or reusable modules not developed exclusively for a client may remain the property of [Your Name or Studio Name].
We do not claim ownership of your original game ideas or content.
5. Revisions and Changes
We offer a reasonable number of minor revisions during development. Major changes (such as new features or changes to core game mechanics) may require additional time and cost. Any scope changes will be clearly communicated before proceeding.
6. Confidentiality
All shared information—including game concepts, documents, and strategies—will be kept strictly confidential. We are happy to sign NDAs to protect your intellectual property.
7. Warranty and Support
We ensure our games are tested and optimized before delivery. Post-launch support or updates may be offered as part of a separate maintenance agreement. We are not liable for third-party changes (e.g., platform policy updates, OS upgrades) after delivery.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases:
- Completed work will be delivered upon final payment.
- Partial payments may be retained for work already completed.

We are not responsible for any legal issues resulting from content provided by the client, including copyright violations, trademark misuse, or inappropriate material.
